Sedamnaesti BELDOCS festival održan je od 22-29.maja 2024. godine u Beogradu.
Festival je otvorio film Dragana Jovićevića - "Topli film", a zatvorio film Darka Bajića i Siniše Cvetića - "Film je promenio svet", film o Miši Radivojeviću.
Tokom nedelju dana, na Beldocsu je prikazano ukupno 108 filmova u 13 programskih celina na osam različitih lokacija. Gosti našeg grada bili su autorii autorke najboljih dokumentaraca, koji su došli iz Barselone, Beča, Berlina, Praga, Marseja, Rima, Krakova, Madrida, Zagreba, Ljubljane i mnogih drugih gradova.
Tokom trajanja festivala posebnu pažnju privukao je program "Opstanak nije dovoljan" čiji je kustos bio Srećko Horvat, gost festivala. A jedna od najzavavnijih projekcija svakako je bila premijera filma Frederica Vajzmana - "Menus-Plaisirs Lest Troisgros", kada je publiku dočekao poznati beogradski šef, Branko Kisić iz Kluba književnika i priredio im pravi gastronomski užitak.
Za najbolji film Srpskog takmičarskog programa, čiji je pokrovitelj Filmski centar Srbije, žiri je dodelio nagradu filmu “Kadence za vrt“, autora Daneta Komljena. Za najbolji film Međunarodnog takmičarskog programa, čiji je pokrovitelj DOX TV, proglašen je film „Sunčani sat“ estonske rediteljke Lis Nimik. Specijalno priznanje žirija za Srpski takmičarski program dobio je Nikola Polić za film „Kako biti slobodan?“ Za najbolji kratkometražni film nagradu je dobila Norika Sefa za film „Kao bolesna žuta“. Nagrada za najbolju montažu u Srpskom takmičarskom programu pripala je Koroni Švingruber Ilićza film „Izlazak kroz ludaru“, Nikole ilića. Za najbolju kameru u Srpskom takmičarskom programu nagrada 17. Beldocsa pripala Milošu Radovanoviću za film „Minel“ Tare Gajović. Najbolji film u selekciji TEEN je "Kix" reditelja Davida Mikulana i Balinta Reveza iz Mađarske.
17TH INTERNATIONAL DOCUMENTARY FILM FESTIVAL BELDOCS - 22-29 MAY 2024
The festival opened with the documentary by Dragan Jovićević - "Warm Film", and closed with the film by Darko Bajić and Siniša Cvetić - "The Film Changed the World", a movie about legendary cinematographer Miša Radivojević.
At 17th Beldocs a total of 108 films were screened in 13 program units at eight different locations. The guests of Belgrade were the authors of the best documentaries, who came from Barcelona, Vienna, Berlin, Prague, Marseille, Rome, Krakow, Madrid, Zagreb, Ljubljana and many other cities.
During the festival, special attention was drawn to the program "Survival is not enough", curated by Srećko Horvat, a guest of the festival. And one of the most fascinating screenings was certainly the premiere of Frederic Weizmann's film - "Menus-Plaisirs Lest Troisgros", when the audience was welcomed by the famous Belgrade chef, Branko Kisić from the Klub knjizevnika restaurant, and prepared a real gastronomic delight for visitors.
Traditionally, the festival awarded the best films.
For the best film of the Serbian competition program, sponsored by the Film Center of Serbia, the jury awarded the film "The Garden Cadences" by Dane Komljen. The best film of the International Competition Program, sponsored by DOX TV, was declared the film "Sundial" by Estonian director Lis Nimik. The jury's special award for the Serbian competition program went to Nikola Polić for the film "How to be Slobodan?" The award for the best short film went to Norika Sefa for the film "Like a Sick Yellow". The award for the best editing in the Serbian competition program went to Korona Švingruber Ilić for the film "Exit through the Cuckoo's nest" by Nikola Ilić. For the best camera in the Serbian competition program, the award of the 17th Beldocs went to Miloš Radovanović for the film "Minel" by Tara Gajović. The best film in the TEEN selection is "Kix" directed by David Mikulan and Balint Revez from Hungary.
