Posle rezidencije u Hestiji, koja je realizovana u okviru 60. Oktobarskog salona, brazilski umetnik, Randolfo Lamonije (Randolpho Lamonier), predstavio se samostalnom izložbom pod nazivom Ljubav na bojnom polju / Making Out On The Battlefield, koja je bila otvorena od 5.novembra sve do 21. decembra 2024. godine.
U pitanju je multimedijalna izložba koju čini nekoliko segmenata: serija fotografija, video rad, video instalacija i kolaži.
Lamonije je ovom izložbom predstavio svoje radove iz ranijih umetničkih faza - nekoliko serija fotografija i video rad, kao i novije radove izvedene tokom rezidencije u Hestiji, kao što je, nastavak serije Bittersweet
Haiku, gde umetnik svakoj mrtvoj prirodi nastaloj u kombinovanoj tehnici kolaža pridružuje i japansku
lirsku pesmu haiku.
Od starijih radova posebno je zanimljiva serija fotografija Ave Guerrilla, koja donosi reference na
katoličku tradiciju otvorenog prikazivanja lika (Device Marije). Lamonije na duhovit način zamenjuje reč
Marija sa Gerila. Prikazane žene su njegove prijateljice koje su učestvovale u protestima u Sao Paulu 2013. godine, prvobitno nastalim zbog poskupljenja karata za javni prevoz, a potom proširenim i na
demonstracije protiv visoke korupcije u vladi.
Otvaranje - video
Interesovanje za izložbu je do samog početka bilo veliko, a napredlog nekih posetilaca i kustoskinje izložbe organizovana je radionica za decu i roditelje, na kojoj su pravljeni kolaži po uzoru na seriju Bittersweet haiku.
Tradicionalno, i ova izložba je imala svog kuma, tačnije kumu. Deseta kuma u projektu "Kumstvo" bila je rediteljka, Maja Uzelac.
After the residency in Hestia, which was realized as part of the 60th October Salon, the Brazilian artist, Randolpho Lamonier, presented himself with a solo exhibition called Making Out On The Battlefield, which was opened from November 5 until December 21, 2024.
It is a multimedia exhibition that consists of several segments: a series of photographs, a video work, a video installation and collages.
Lamonier presented his works from earlier artistic phases - several series of photographs and video work, as well as more recent works performed during the residency in Hestia, such as the continuation of the Bittersweet Haiku, where the artist adds a Japanese one to every still life created in the combined collage technique lyric poem haiku.
Particularly interesting is a series of photographs called Ave Guerrilla , which brings references to
the Catholic tradition of openly depicting the image (of the Virgin Mary). Lamonier replaces the word Maria to Guerilla. The women shown are his friends who took part in the protests in Sao Paulo in 2013, which initially arose due to the increase in public transport fares, and then expanded to
demonstrations against high government corruption.
Interest in the exhibition was great from the very beginning, and with the help of some visitors and the curator of the exhibition, Neva Lukić, Hestia organized a workshop for children and parents, where they made collages based on the Bittersweet haiku series.
Traditionally, this exhibition has its Godfather, and it was film director from Belgrade, Maja Uzelac.
